    Bridging loan

    Hello all

Looking to purchase a property from auction that isn't mortgageable and have reviewed my funding options and currently have two: bridging loan and auction finance. Both with the exit strategy to get a mortgage to pay it off once renovations are complete.

Does anyone have experience with any of these and any advice before I go ahead because I'm new to these lines of funding, and a bit apprehensive.

    Thank you

What are the interest rates on the loans and how much would the monthly payments be?

    Re: Bridging loan

I looked into that a while back and found that bridging loans Uttoxeter had some options that were more flexible than I expected. One local broker talked me through how the interest works monthly, which helped me understand the actual cost better. Always good to ask if there are any setup fees or exit charges too—it varies a lot between lenders.

    Re: Bridging loan

Non-QM loans are becoming increasingly popular due to their flexibility for non-traditional borrowers. Lenders and investors watch the market closely, and secondary mortgage market insights allow them to understand performance patterns and risks. These insights also help in identifying emerging opportunities within the mortgage sector. Borrowers who do not qualify for traditional loans can still access funding, supporting overall housing demand. By analyzing trends, stakeholders can create better strategies and make informed choices. The growth of non-QM mortgages reflects changing market needs, and staying updated through trusted insights ensures both stability and opportunity for participants.

    Re: Bridging loan

Real estate investors often hit limits with conventional loans once portfolios grow. DSCR loans solve part of that by focusing on rental income ratios. While comparing lenders, I reviewed DSCR Loans and found the explanation helpful for understanding eligibility, leverage, and long-term rental financing options.
